Habitat Restoration with the Conservation Corps of Iowa

This month, Tyler Flammang, Resource Technician at the Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center, will talk about the habitat restoration projects conducted by the Conservation Corps of Iowa (CCI) at the Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center. Every year, the Nature Center solicits the help of the CCI to help restore native prairie habitat in various locations. Tyler will talk about the importance of restoring native habitat and the history of the landscape at the Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center.

LHAS Board Meeting begins at 6:00 PM with Tyler’s program beginning at 7:00 PM.
