Postponement to Saturday, 25 March 2023 due to pending weather forecast!

We will meet at the NW corner of the Singing Hills Walmart at 7:30 AM. Our usual field trip leaders, Bill H. and Jerry P. have other duties that day so the outing will be led by Jerry Von Ehwegen.

Plans are to visit local waters (maybe ice?) and other related areas to explore what’s left of the  waterfowl migration and to look for other early migrants and remaining winter residents. If time and scouting seem appropriate, a trip to Blue Lake near Onawa would be the longest destination. We will find a restaurant for lunch.

All LHAS outings are open to the public and offer an inviting way to begin birding and meet others with similar interests.
