Excuse the lateness of this notice, but I am suggesting the Chapter resume our monthly outings with an outing this Saturday, July 18. My proposal is to head south to our oxbow lakes and Owego in search of shorebird habitat that may be holding some returning shorebirds. Secondary targets will be determining the breeding status of birds found in these areas.
We will practice safe distancing and will not be combining different groups/couples/families into a car. Plan on remaining with the car and group in which you arrived. Masks should be in hand for use if needed.
If interested, or if you desire to comment, contact me by phone, text or email.
Please meet at our normal meeting spot, the NW corner of the Singing Hills Walmart parking lot at 7:30am for the trip south. The ending time for this outing is approximate.
Giddyup!
